Ironworkers

Geka has three different models of one-cylinder ironworkers: the Microcrop, Minicrop, and Multicrop models. These are all to be handled by one single worker at a time and include up four stations. The Microcrop model features three workstations for punching, shearing flat bars, and cutting angles. The Minicrop and Multicrop offer those three workstations plus an additional one for shearing round and square bars.
Punching station: features a monoblock body, a blade-holder adjustment, an adjustable stripper, and an accurate positioning table.
Shearing station for flat bars: may be configured to shear round bars.
Angle cutting station: (Shear for section iron L at 90º).

Geka’s Puma Series of punching ironworkers consists of five models varying in size, portability, and punching power. They each feature a single workstation for punching flat bars and profiles. Additionally, Geka’s PP Series consists of two models of portable punching machines. These two models have a punching power of 55 US Tons and may be placed on wheels to be displaced.
The Geka Puma Series of hydraulic punching machines has been designed by our experienced engineers for over 100 years.
Thanks to our know-how and our commitment to quality, the Geka Puma Series of punching machines are resistant and reliable machines for any punching needs. Five different models are available ranging in size and punching power and each of them are available in two versions (S and D) with different throat depths.

The Geka Hydracrop Series of two-cylinder hydraulic ironworker machines may be used by two operators simultaneously. There are five tonnage levels and five workstations for punching, notching, shearing flat bars, cutting angles and shearing both round and square bars.
Punching station: because of its independent cylinder this is a large and versatile punching station, capable of being fitted with different Geka tools and die sets.
Station for shearing angles at 90°: this station has a radial system patented and designed by Geka, which eliminates distortion when shearing and does not waste any material.
Notching station: the notching stations on Hydracrop universal ironworkers are very versatile. A range of tasks including triangular notching at 90°, pipe notching, and notching of footings.
Station for shearing flat bars and plates: this station’s monoblock blade-holder, controlled at each end, grants it great stability and its radial system provides it with a great cutting capacity
Cutting station for round and square bars: besides its standard blades for cutting round and square bars, the cutting station in the Geka Hydracrop may also be equipped with blades for cutting U profiles, I, T and other optional shapes.

The models in the Geka Bendicrop Series of hydraulic bending machines come with an integrated bending station. These machines allow for up to two workers to work simultaneously with it. In addition to the integrated bending station, they feature five other stations for punching, notching, shearing flat bars, cutting angles and a shearing station for round and square bars. Three different models make up the Bendicrop Series: one single-cylinder option and two two-cylinder machines.
